IMPACT (CVE-2009-0192) iMonitor has an off-by-one error which can be exploited to execute arbitrary code or crash an affected server when processing HTTP requests with specially crafted "Accept-Language" header. [1, 2] (CVE-2009-2456) Malformed LDAP requests can be exploited using multiple wildcard characters to crash (nsd core dump) an affected server. [1, 3] (CVE-2009-2457) Directory Services allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a malformed bind LDAP packet. [1, 4] MITIGATION The vendor recommends updating to Novell eDirectory 8.8 SP5.
