OVERVIEW

        An information disclosure vulnerability has been reported in 
        ColdFusion 9.0.


IMPACT

        This vulnerability exposes the Solr service allowing unauthorised
        users access to data held by Solr collections. [1]


MITIGATION

        Adobe has offered some mitigation instructions [2] which describe 
        how to ensure that the Solr service is only accessible by the localhost 
        network interface. Other mitigation (or monitoring) may be possibile 
        by limiting connections to port 8983.
