OVERVIEW

        A number of vulnerabilities have been identified in IBM Records Manager 
        prior to version 4.5.1.1-IER-FP001.


IMPACT

        The vendor has provided the following description of this 
        vulnerability:
        
        "When the customer ran the web vulnerability scanner against
        Recordsmanager, they found some security vulnerabilities in
        RecordsManager, like: Cross-Site Scripting, Cleartext submission
        of password, Session token in URL, Open redirection, etc." [1]


MITIGATION

        The vendor recommends upgrading to the latest version of IBM Records
        Manager to correct these issues.
