OVERVIEW

        Updates have been released by Zope and Plone to correct a serious
        vulnerability. [1,2,3]


IMPACT

        The vulnerability allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to execute
        code with the privileges of the Zope/Plone service. [1,3]


MITIGATION

        Users of Plone 4.0 - 4.0.9, 4.1, 4.2 (a1 and a2) should apply the
        Plone Hotfix 20110928 as it contains an additional security fix. [2]
        
        Users of Zope 2.12.x and Zope 2.13.x (but without Plone) should apply
        the Zope Hotfix. [3]
