OVERVIEW

        Joomla! 1.5.25 1.7.3 have been released correcting a password
        vulnerability. [1,2]


IMPACT

        Due to a weak random number generator, Joomla! password reset function
        could allow a remote attacker to change a users password. [1,2]


MITIGATION

        Version 1.5.25 and 1.7.3 have beel released to correct this
        vulnerability. [1,2]
