Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin
concerning a patch being available for an "Unprotected IOCTLs"
vulnerability.  This vulnerability in Microsoft Windows NT workstation,
server or terminal server products may allow user-level programs
to disable the local mouse or keyboard on a server or workstation,
and disable the console mouse or keyboard on a terminal server.
