Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin
concerning a buffer overflow vulnerability in the Phone Dialer accessory,
dialer.exe, in Windows NT. This vulnerability may allow the initialisation
file dialer.ini, which is contained in a folder that is world-writable by
default, to be modified to cause arbitrary code to run with the privileges
of the user running Phone Dialer:
