Firstly, it eliminates a security vulnerability in the Microsoft(r) Outlook Express 5 mail client for Macintosh systems. This vulnerability could allow attachments to HTML mails to be automatically downloaded onto the user's computer. Secondly, it replaces several digital certificates that expire on December 31, 1999, which are included in Internet Explorer 4.5 for Macintosh.
