Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin 
concerning a vulnerability in a utility which converts Japanese, Korean and  
Chinese Microsoft Word 5 documents to more-recent formats.  A
specially-crafted Word document may be used to execute arbitrary code on 
a machine if opened with an affected version of the utility:
