If the SMS 2.0 Remote Control feature has been installed and enabled on a machine, the folder in which the remote agent resides has default permissions set as 'Everyone Full Control'. A malicious user replace the client code with code of their own and this replacement code would run automatically in a 'system' context the next time the machine was rebooted and a user logged on.
