To determine if a system has an affected version, search the output of "swlist -a revision -l fileset" for an affected fileset or patch, then determine if a fixed revision or applicable patch is installed. HP-UX B.11.00 ============= X11.X11R6-SHLIBS fix: install PHSS_29367 or subsequent HP-UX B.11.11 ============= X11.X11R6-SHLIBS fix: install PHSS_29371 or subsequent HP-UX B.11.22 ============= X11.X11R6-SHLIBS fix: install PHSS_29373 or subsequent END AFFECTED VERSIONS B. Recommended solution Install the applicable patch: B.11.00 PHSS_29367 B.11.11 PHSS_29371 B.11.22 PHSS_29373 Until the patch can be installed the problem can be worked around by: chmod 555 /usr/dt/bin/dtprintinfo After this change only the root user will be able to use dtprintinfo with full functionality.
