Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer privileges on the system
could be less impacted than users who operate with administrative
  privileges.

This security update is rated Important for WordPad on all supported
editions of Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003.
This security update is also rated Important for all supported editions of
Microsoft Office Word 2002 and Microsoft Office Word 2003, Microsoft Office
