To remove the security vulnerability, you must either:

    Upgrade to IBM InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager for DB2 on Linux, 
    Unix and Windows version 5.3 or later

or

    Replace the JRE that is installed with an affected version of IBM 
    InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager for DB2 on Linux, UNIX, and Windows 
    with the latest IBM JRE. Detailed instructions on how to replace the IBM 
    JRE are provided in the technote Updating the IBM JRE for InfoSphere Optim
