Abstract

IBM InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager is vulnerable to a directory traversal 
and arbitrary file download attack (CVE-2013-2979).

DESCRIPTION:
A remotely authenticated attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request 
to traverse directories and view potentially sensitive system files, if the 
InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager server process has been started with an 
Operating System credential that has read privileges on the file accessed by 
the attacker.
