execute arbitrary commands via JP1/Base.

When JP1/Base receives messages from an unexpected host, malicious users can 
execute arbitrary commands. As a measure against this vulnerability, fixed 
version of JP1/Base has a functionality allowing connection only from 
specified hosts.
