Description: There is a undisclosed security vulnerability in the RTC
Build integrations, e.g. the Hudson/Jenkins, Build Forge, and Build Agent
integrations,.where in certain situations the build engine username and
password are exposed.

For the 3.x releases, upgrade to Rational Team Concert Interim Fix 3
for 3.0.1.6

For the 4.x releases, upgrade to Rational Team Concert 4.0.7
