DESCRIPTION:
IBM embedded WebSphere Application Server contains a privilege escalation
vulnerability. During an install a local user may inadvertently give their
write privileges to other users.

The attack requires local network access, specialized knowledge and
techniques but no authentication. An exploit would not affect the
confidentiality of information and the availability of the system, but it
could impact the integrity of data.
