Summary

A vulnerability in LISP code processing of Cisco IOS XR could allow an 
unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a reload of the LISP process.

The vulnerability is due to improper processing of LISP TCP sessions. An 
attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a number of TCP LISP 
sessions to an affected device. An exploit could allow the attacker to cause a
reload of the LISP process.
