Close any open programs that you may have running;
Rename the initial directory of the IBM JRE (for example: with a .old

IBM CPLEX Enterprise Server v12.4 through v12.5.1 requires IBM JRE
version 6 Service Refresh 16 Fix Pack 2 or later.
IBM CPLEX Enterprise Server v12.6 and v12.6.0.1 requires IBM JRE
Version 7 Service Refresh 8 or later.
