IBM InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager is affected by an Unauthenticated 
Directory Traversal vulnerability.

CVE-ID: CVE-2014-6154

DESCRIPTION: IBM InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager could allow a remote
attacker to traverse directories on the file system. An attacker could send a
specially-crafted URL request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to access
arbitrary files on the file system.
