Summary

The Apache Portable Runtime vulnerability affects IBM HTTP Server Full Profile
Versions 6.1, 7.0 and 8.0 that is used by IBM Tivoli Federated Identity 
Manager and IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager Business Gateway.

Vulnerability Details

Apache Portable Runtime is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an 
error when using APR named pipe support on Windows. An attacker could exploit
this vulnerability to cause a pipe squatting attack on a local process. Please
