IBM Rhapsody DM is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an XML
External Entity Injection (XXE) error when processing XML data. A remote
attacker could exploit this vulnerability to expose highly sensitive
information or consume all available memory resources.

DESCRIPTION:

IBM Jazz technology based products are vulnerable to cross-site scripting,
caused by improper validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker could
exploit this vulnerability using a specially-crafted URL to execute script in
a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site,
once the URL is clicked. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal
the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.

Workarounds and Mitigations

For 4.0.7 and any prior versions of the products listed above, IBM recommends
upgrading to 5.0.2, or 6.0.2 or 6.0.3.
