Impact
A truncated packet may cause a server or client to perform an out-of-bounds
read, possibly resulting in the system becoming unresponsive.

Mitigation
To mitigate this vulnerability, disable RC4-MD5 ciphers in your
environment. In addition, do not expose Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
services to untrusted networks.

You can mitigate this issue by using only Elliptic Curve (EC) ciphers
and disabling Diffie-Hellman (DHE) ciphers in your environment.
You can partially mitigate this issue by disabling DHE ciphers.
BIG-IP APM - Oracle Access Manager
To mitigate this vulnerability for the Oracle Access Manager (OAM),
do not expose OAM services to untrusted networks.
