Vulnerability Details CVEID: CVE-2018-12547 DESCRIPTION: Eclipse OpenJ9 is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the jio_snprintf()and jio_vsnprintf() functions. By sending an overly long argument, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
