Vulnerability Details

CVEID: CVE-2019-17596
DESCRIPTION: Go before 1.12.11 and 1.3.x before 1.13.2 can panic upon an
attempt to process network traffic containing an invalid DSA public key. There
are several attack scenarios, such as traffic from a client to a server that
verifies client certificates.

Product defect fixes and security updates are only available for the two most
recent Continuous Delivery (CD) update packages

For IBM Cloud Private 3.2.0, apply January fix pack:

  o IBM Cloud Private 3.2.0.2001

For IBM Cloud Private 3.2.1, apply January fix pack:

  o IBM Cloud Private 3.2.1.2001

For IBM Cloud Private 3.1.0, 3.1.1, 3.1.2:

  o Upgrade to the latest Continuous Delivery (CD) update package, IBM Cloud
    Private 3.2.1.
  o If required, individual product fixes can be made available between CD
    update packages for resolution of problems. Contact IBM support for
    assistance
