TECHNICAL DETAILS 3.1 AFFECTED PRODUCTS The following versions of NDS-5000 Terminal Server, a network server, are affected: o NDS-5000 Terminal Server, NDS/5008 (8 Port, RJ45), firmware Version 02D.30 3.2 VULNERABILITY OVERVIEW 3.2.1 IMPROPER NEUTRALIZATION OF INPUT DURING WEB PAGE GENERATION ('CROSS-SITE SCRIPTING') CWE-79 The affected product is vulnerable to a stored cross-site scripting error, which may allow an attacker to perform privileged operations on behalf of the user, gain access to sensitive data belonging to the user, and remotely execute arbitrary code. CVE-2020-7006 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
