Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin
concerning a vulnerability in an IE5 Active Scripting method called 
'ExecCommand'. If ExecCommand is executed from within an IFRAME, some 
normal security checks are not performed.  This may allow a malicious web 
site operator to read files on the visiting browser's computer.  A 
workaround has been provided by Microsoft to eliminate this vulnerability:
