Summary

The IBM Cognos Mobile server does not terminate the session to the IBM Cognos
Business Intelligence server when the user logs off (terminates the session) 
from the mobile device.

    destroyed on the server.

Remediation/Fixes

The recommended solution is to apply the fix in one of the Cognos Mobile 
Server 10.x interim fixes listed as soon as practical:

Cognos Mobile security update for 10.2.1.4, 10.2.0.2, 10.1.1.3

Workarounds and Mitigations

Setting an aggressive session timeout value on the server would help mitigate
the effects of this issue.
