Workarounds and Mitigations

For WebSphere DataPower XC10 Appliance version 2.1 and 2.5 you will need to 
apply the appropriate fix.

   1. To clear the SSD on the appliance, log in to the command-line interface
   (CLI) of the appliance, and issue the purge-ssd command:

        > purge-ssd

        This will purge all data from the SSD cards.

        Do you wish to proceed? [y/n]: y

        Starting purge of SSD drives. This may take a considerable amount of 
        time. *** DO NOT POWER OFF OR REBOOT ***...

        Killing all XC10 processes.

        Force Stopped all XC-10 processes

        Unmounting SSD mounts.

        Stopping raid array.

        Detaching SSD Drive '/dev/fct0'...Success

        Detaching SSD Drive '/dev/fct1'...Success

        Purging SSD Drive '/dev/fct0'...Success

        Purging SSD Drive '/dev/fct1'...Success

        Finished purge of SSD drives.

        Please reboot the appliance using 'device restart'.

   2. To complete the operation, issue the device restart command:

        > device restart
