CVE-ID: CVE-2014-8146
Description: ICU Project ICU4C library is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer
overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by resolveImplicitLevels
function of ubidi.c. By sending an overly long string, a local attacker
could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause
the application to crash.
