VULNERABILITY SUMMARY
Potential security vulnerabilities have been identified with ArcSight ESM and
ESM Express. The vulnerabilities could be exploited remotely to trick an
unsuspecting user into downloading arbitrary files, or running arbitrary
commands on the local system.
