RESOLUTION

Hewlett Packard Enterprise has provided the following instructions to address
these vulnerabilities in HPE NonStop L-Series T1201H01 through T1201H01^AAN
and H and J Series T1201H01 through T1201H01^AAN:

Workaround for CVE-2017-12150:

* The missing implied signing for 'smb2mount -e', 'smbcacls -e' and
'smbcquotas -e' can be enforced by explicitly using
'--signing=required' on the command line or
"client signing = required" in smb.conf.

Workaround for CVE-2017-12163:

* As this is an SMB1-only vulnerability, it can be avoided by
Setting the server to only use SMB2 via adding: server min protocol =
SMB2_02 to the [global] section of the file smb.conf, and thenrestarting the
SMB daemon (smbd).
