2019 Membership Annual Survey results
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all members for their continued support and appreciate their contribution to the growth of the current cyber security practice and industry in the ANZ region.
We are pleased to share some insights from the survey here and aim to drive our strategic plans and commitment for 2020/21 according to the various feedback provided by our members.
Key findings:
- Members gave us valuable feedback on potential new services with the top 3 being:
Threat Intelligence Reports, Self Service URL Analysis and a Fixed-Scope Remote Service. - Our members’ preferred method of hearing from us is via email and they would like us to introduce Slack as an additional form of communication.
- The majority of our members were either satisfied or very satisfied with their AusCERT membership value and gave us an average score of 4.2/5.0
